Booking and invoicing are handled by Studio Metafora, not by me directly, so the quickest route to a first appointment is through the studio.

For academic matters, research collaboration, teaching, speaking invitations, or a referral you would like to discuss, write to me directly.
I read my own email and I answer it, though not always quickly. If you have written about an appointment and I have not replied, please do go through the studio, which will be faster.
Please do not send clinical details, medical records or anything confidential by email. Email is not a secure channel, and there is nothing you need to tell me in advance.
